Frequently asked questions

  • Sorry, we don't take dogs except guide dogs.

  • You can't have an evening meal if you are not staying with us.

  • We don't take a deposit, just cash, cheque or bank transfer when you leave.

  • We don't have set times for breakfast and evening meals, you can choose when you eat but you must order evening meals in advance.

  • You are welcome to bring in your own wine to have with your meal.

  • We don't have set times for arrival or departure. If you are going to arrive early and drop your bags you'll be able to pick up a key. Late arrival by arrangement no problem.

  • Free wi-fi is available throughout the house, although it works best in the guest lounge and dining room.

    A password is available.

  • There is parking for 6 cars in the courtyard at the front of the house.

  • All our food is vegan. If you have a special diet we can cater for you - please tell us if you have an allergy or intolerance. Gluten-free, sugar-free, soya-free, FODMAP - we have years of experience and can usually find a substitute or alternative. Everything on the breakfast menu can be made gluten free. Detailed menus are on the menu pages.

  • EV charging is available if you have your own mains lead.
